All On-Field Active members are required to attend live or view recordings of four meetings:
Attending two meetings from the same meeting set does not count towards credit for an individual's meeting requirements.
FAILURE TO ATTEND AN INTERPRETATION MEETING OR THE BUSINESS MEETING RENDERS YOU INELIGIBLE FOR POST-SEASON PLAY.
NOTE FOR ALL IN-PERSON ATTENDEES:
- It is the responsibility of all members to sign into their NJFOA North RefSec account via the RefSec Mobile app at the meeting location to obtain attendance credit.
- In addition, any member who arrives to a meeting 15 minutes or more after the published meeting start time will not receive meeting credit.
- The time recorded via the RefSec phone app will determine whether or not credit is earned by a late-arriving member.

For members watching live or recorded meetings via Zoom, your attendance will be tracked through the Zoom attendance trackers.
ALL ON-FIELD ACTIVE MEMBERS: if you miss a live meeting session, you will have seven calendar days to watch the recorded meeting from the day the recorded video is available and posted to obtain meeting credit.
All meetings are satellite meetings, unless otherwise noted. Election of area representatives will take place at the satellite meeting in each area.
